Questions

Telehealth questions.

Does Vitality Counseling offer telehealth?

Yes. 12 of our 13 clinicians offer secure video visits for therapy or medication management. Rosalie Casano sees patients in person only.

Is telehealth as effective as an in-person visit?

For many people and many concerns, yes. Telehealth gives you the same clinician and the same plan without the drive. If your clinician thinks an in-person visit would serve you better, they'll tell you.

What do I need for a telehealth appointment?

A phone, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone, a reliable internet connection, and a private, quiet place where you can talk freely.

Can I use telehealth for medication management?

Yes. Gracie Smith, Rachael Stout, Danielle Pugh offer medication management by telehealth.

Can I switch between telehealth and in-person visits?

Clinicians who see patients in Madison or Starkville and by telehealth can often do both. Ask your clinician what works for your care.

Ready when you are.

Book online in a few minutes, or call and we'll find a time that works, often within days.
