Rachael Stout is a board-certified mental health professional dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi and completed a Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

With a strong belief that mental health is foundational to overall well-being, Rachael is a passionate advocate for mental health awareness and treatment. Her clinical philosophy centers on personalized care that addresses each patient’s unique needs, employing a holistic approach that considers the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of health.

Rachael utilizes motivational interviewing to gain meaningful insights into her patients’ goals and develop collaborative, effective treatment plans. She prioritizes building trusting relationships with her clients, recognizing that trust is essential for achieving successful outcomes.

Her areas of clinical focus include attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Rachael is committed to walking alongside her patients on their journey to mental wellness.
